A briefing session was held between the ACT Steering Group and DG CONNECT. The purpose of this session was to better understand the key transparency-related mechanisms of the EU’s forthcoming Digital Services Act, identify where the greatest operational challenges lie, and consider where input from the ACT may be useful to DG CONNECT. Subsequent to this session, the Steering Group approved a plan to develop and submit a series of briefings on key topics to guide DG CONNECT in implementing the DSA. These briefings will be released publicly as they are completed.
